We had our strike for education today -
it was a really long and hard day, but I tell you - it was worth it. We finally got
a voice to tell the people what bothers us - we had a voice that made us
possible to tell our demands, our despair about our educational system. We
were around 5000 pupils, students and and trainees. I walked around for 7
hours, I got no voice anymore and every muscle in my body just hurts. We had
bankers laughing at us when we walked by, we had people who shook their
heads….but we also had people who told us it’s good what we’re doing - we
walked past a school and saw teachers holding their thumbs up, we saw
people standing at their windows, nodding and smiling. We have a voice - we
are finally starting to use it. Never stop resistance. Please.
